Team Building Milestone #1….

Well, I never thought I would get this far! My "team" has grown to 15.

Wonderful, I hear you say, but so what?

Well consider this, my team of salesmen are nowhere near me, I never knew them before I started this venture and I have only actually met one of them face to face as they are spread out across the globe. Amongst them, Zu is in China, Matt is in New Zealand, Julia and Kate are in London and I’m in BC, Canada! (Zu has gone on to build his team at a faster rate than me, he has an army of over 40 at the last count….)

We do have occasional conference calls via Skype, (when we can co-ordinate the various time zones!) but we do all stay in touch brainstorming ideas on how we are growing our "affiliate sales forces"

About 18 months ago I started a new business, knowing I was coming to Canada and wanting a little money coming in when I got here.

Enter the wonderful world of the web. I discovered a cunning little opportunity, to become a promoter, or salesman if you like, of a facility for anyone to build a web based business around their hobbies or interests. I didn’t need an interview and I didn’t need any money, I just signed up. I don’t spend a great deal of time doing it, I’m on the internet loads anyway so a couple of hours here and there is easy. But I do work at it, it’s not money for nothing. But it beats having a proper job.

I think it was Churchill who said;

People occasionally stumble over opportunity, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing had happened.

If you fancy taking a look at the venture/opportunity for yourself, click here. You need no money. You’ll grow faster, developing your own niche business if you can, but by all means wait until you get some sales going first. That’s what I’ve done.  If you want more info or you are not sure about it, feel free to send me an email or send me your Skype name.

Remember, "Keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll keep getting what you’ve been getting."
